Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, focusing on wealth accumulation, preservation, and retirement strategies

  • Prospect, acquire, and retain high-value clients through branch-based networking, referrals, and community engagement in Peoria, AZ
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to deliver integrated banking, lending, and investment solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, execute trades, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client goals
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with federal and state regulations, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of products, including Chase Private Client services and investment options
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and proactive advice to enhance client satisfaction
  • Participate in branch events and local initiatives to grow J.P. Morgan's presence in the Peoria community

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a branch or advisory setting
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced branch environment while adhering to J.P. Morgan Chase policies
  • Clean regulatory history with no U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) violations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Southwest region
