  • Prospect, develop, and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and branch-based interactions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and wealth transfer discussions
  • Recommend and implement J.P. Morgan investment products, such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments, while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with branch teams and specialists to deliver holistic wealth management services, including banking, lending, and trust solutions

  • Meet or exceed sales and asset growth targets by identifying opportunities within the client base and referrals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting with flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
