Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Puyallup branch
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through community outreach, referrals, and branch networking events
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess portfolio performance and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client goals
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in lending, banking, and investment banking to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, FINRA, and SEC regulations
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of products, including Chase Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan Private Bank offerings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on client portfolios and business development
  • Participate in branch team meetings to support overall office goals and client satisfaction initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and J.P. Morgan's proprietary research to enhance advisory services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms and tools
