Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies
  • Recommend and implement tailored investment portfolios using J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement in the San Antonio area
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and philanthropy to deliver holistic solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to adjust strategies and maximize returns
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's digital tools and resources for self-directed wealth management
  • Track and report on client performance metrics to meet branch and firm-wide objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase products and services in wealth management
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the San Antonio market
  • Previous success in generating new business and achieving sales targets in financial advisory
