  • Track and report on portfolio performance, adjusting strategies as market conditions and client needs evolve

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses, or the ability to obtain them within 120 days of hire
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in San Antonio, TX, with flexibility for local client meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
