Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored wealth management strategies, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, and retirement planning
  • Prospect, cultivate, and expand client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, assess client needs, and recommend suitable J.P. Morgan products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and bankers, to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to proactively adjust strategies and mitigate risks
  • Educate clients on financial topics, market trends, and J.P. Morgan's wealth management offerings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Contribute to branch goals by participating in local business development initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
  • Ability to thrive in a branch-based environment with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, including background check clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with affluent clients in the Scottsdale or Arizona market
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
