Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients in the West Seattle branch, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement
  • Conduct client meetings to assess financial goals, risk tolerance, and needs, recommending tailored investment portfolios and strategies
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic financial services such as retirement planning, estate planning, and lending solutions
  • Prospect for new clients through community networking, referrals, and branch events in the Seattle area
  • Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing performance reviews, and adjust strategies based on market conditions and client life events
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, FINRA, and SEC regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or investment advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management industry
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting and engage with clients face-to-face
  • Compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, including background check and fingerprinting requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the Pacific Northwest market
  • Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms and tools
