As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will embody J.P. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in Sonoma County and surrounding areas

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and tax-efficient investing
  • Collaborate with branch teams, specialists, and product partners to deliver holistic wealth solutions tailored to client goals
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in the Santa Rosa area
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with J.P. Morgan's policies, SEC regulations, and fiduciary standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to proactively adjust strategies and mitigate risks
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's investment products, including alternative investments and sustainable options
  • Participate in local events and seminars to promote J.P. Morgan's brand and expertise in wealth management
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean U4 and background check with no significant regulatory issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families in the wine country region of Sonoma County
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
