  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients through branch-based networking, referrals, and community engagement in South San Jose
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and provide tailored advice on wealth management products offered by J.P. Morgan
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan specialists in banking, lending, and investment banking to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan regulatory standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market conditions to adjust strategies and mitigate risks
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service and educational resources
  • Participate in branch events and initiatives to grow J.P. Morgan's presence in the local community

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean regulatory history with no U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or FINRA sanctions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Experience working with affluent clients in the Silicon Valley or technology sector
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Mandarin to serve diverse client bases
