Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and families, tailoring solutions to their unique goals and risk profiles
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private clients in the Springfield, MA branch, conducting regular reviews and portfolio assessments
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by recommending J.P. Morgan Wealth Management products such as investment portfolios, retirement planning, and estate strategies
  • Collaborate with branch teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic financial solutions and ensure seamless client experiences
  • Conduct financial needs assessments, educate clients on market trends, and implement customized wealth management plans using J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan Chase regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and disclosures
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through community engagement, referrals, and branch networking in the Springfield area

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a branch or advisory setting

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced branch environment while adhering to J.P. Morgan Chase policies
  • Clean U4 and background check with no significant regulatory violations
