  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and risk management
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management teams to offer integrated banking, lending, and investment services
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement in local Florida markets
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing performance updates and adjustments
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan's suite of wealth management products, including alternative investments and philanthropy services
  • Participate in branch events and seminars to promote financial literacy and J.P. Morgan's brand

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a branch-based setting while collaborating with team members
  • Clean U4 and background check with no disqualifying disclosures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
  • Experience working with affluent clients in the Florida market
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or JD
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
  • Prior experience with J.P. Morgan Chase systems and platforms
