Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting in Syracuse, NY, with flexibility for local travel
  • Clean background check and adherence to FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications
