Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley branches
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions using J.P. Morgan's wealth management offerings
  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, including retirement planning, estate strategies, and risk management
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals, community networking, and branch collaborations
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams to recommend products like investment portfolios, banking services, and lending options
  • Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Monitor client portfolios and provide ongoing support to adjust strategies based on market conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) securities licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a retail banking or advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based setting serving clients in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley, CA
  • Clean U4 and background check with no significant regulatory issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
