Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals and families in the Villanova, Phoenixville, and Harleysville areas
  • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient investing
  • Prospect, acquire, and retain clients by leveraging J.P. Morgan's resources and conducting seminars or community events
  • Collaborate with J.P. Morgan teams, including bankers and specialists, to deliver holistic financial solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, adjust strategies based on market conditions, and ensure alignment with risk tolerance and goals
  • Maintain compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies while documenting all advisory activities
  • Build long-term relationships through exceptional service, regular reviews, and proactive outreach
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to recommend suitable J.P. Morgan investment products
  • Educate clients on J.P. Morgan Wealth Management offerings, such as Chase Private Client services
  • Contribute to branch goals by driving asset under management (AUM) growth and client satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Active and valid Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or client-facing roles in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships leading to asset growth
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to work in a branch-based environment serving clients in Villanova, Phoenixville, and Harleysville, PA
  • Clean regulatory history with no UCR or significant supervisory issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or pursuit thereof
  • Experience with J.P. Morgan Chase systems and platforms
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or JD
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases in Pennsylvania
