Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Private Client Advisors in preparing investment proposals, performance reports, and portfolio reviews using J.P. Morgan's wealth management platforms
  • Support operational tasks including account openings, transfers, and transaction processing while ensuring adherence to SEC and FINRA regulations
  • Conduct administrative duties such as document preparation, file organization, and coordination of marketing materials for client events in Brooklyn South
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives that promote J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services to local high-net-worth individuals
  • Monitor client portfolios for updates and alerts, escalating issues to advisors as needed to maintain service excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management principles, and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses within the first 120 days of employment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
