Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, and data entry to ensure seamless workflow
  • Participate in marketing initiatives by coordinating client events, seminars, and promotional materials tailored to wealth management services
  • Monitor and update client portfolios using J.P. Morgan's investment platforms to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards
