Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and facilitating account transactions for Private Client Advisors
  • Assist in operational support, including preparing client reports, account reviews, and performance analyses using J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as document preparation, compliance filings, and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with SEC and FINRA regulations
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating client events, preparing promotional materials, and tracking engagement metrics for wealth management services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies and portfolio management
  • Monitor and update client portfolios, including new account openings, transfers, and fee calculations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and refer potential leads to Private Client Advisors
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan Chase's risk management and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, client support, or wealth management operations
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent) required, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
