  • Serve as the primary liaison between Financial Advisors and Investment Associates to facilitate seamless client service

  • Monitor team adherence to J.P. Morgan's compliance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate client onboarding processes, including account setup and documentation
  • Analyze client portfolios and provide insights to support Advisors in delivering tailored wealth management solutions
  • Manage daily operational workflows to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Manager to implement strategic initiatives for team growth
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain service excellence
  • Contribute to business development efforts by supporting Advisors in client acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or client service roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses required
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a financial advisory environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between advisors and support staff
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes financial services setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner)
