Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated client service support to Private Client Advisors, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist in operational tasks such as account openings, transfers, and maintenance of client portfolios
  • Conduct marketing support activities, including preparing client presentations, reports, and promotional materials
  • Perform administrative duties like scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with internal teams
  • Monitor and update client data in JP Morgan's systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with SEC regulations
  • Collaborate with Advisors to identify client needs and recommend appropriate investment strategies
  • Support business development efforts by researching market trends and preparing customized wealth management proposals
  • Ensure all activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies and federal banking laws
  • Analyze performance reports and generate insights to aid Advisors in client portfolio reviews
  • Facilitate client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and initial investment assessments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, client support, or wealth management operations
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or willingness to obtain them within 120 days of hire
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance standards in a banking environment
