Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-touch client service by responding to inquiries, processing account transactions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Support Private Client Advisors in preparing client meeting materials, investment proposals, and performance reports
  • Assist with operational tasks including account openings, transfers, and maintenance of client records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct marketing and outreach activities to promote JP Morgan Wealth Management services and events
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel for advisors
  • Monitor and update client portfolios using JP Morgan's investment platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Analyze basic financial data and prepare summaries to support advisor recommendations
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase policies, FINRA regulations, and anti-money laundering procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations) required
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required
