  • Support operational tasks including account openings, transaction processing, and reconciliation of investment activities
  • Conduct marketing initiatives such as client event coordination, newsletter distribution, and targeted outreach to enhance client engagement
  • Perform administrative duties like document management, compliance filings, and data entry to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to senior advisors
  • Monitor market trends and provide timely updates to advisors to support informed client discussions
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management and compliance protocols in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support roles
