Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client relationships for Private Client Advisors
  • Support operational tasks including account openings, transaction processing, and maintenance of client portfolios in compliance with J.P. Morgan standards
  • Assist in marketing initiatives by preparing client presentations, reports, and promotional materials to highlight wealth management solutions
  • Handle administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with advisors to analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment strategies from J.P. Morgan's offerings
  • Monitor and update client information in CRM systems to support personalized advisory services
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, in all client interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on J.P. Morgan products and industry trends
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships within the Sugar Land community

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or wealth management support roles
