  • Support marketing initiatives by preparing client presentations, event coordination, and distribution of educational materials on investment opportunities
  • Conduct administrative duties such as data entry, report generation, and file organization using J.P. Morgan's proprietary systems

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, client support, or banking operations
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
