  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, file organization, and coordination of team meetings to ensure smooth advisor operations
  • Monitor and update client portfolios using J.P. Morgan's investment platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with advisors to identify client needs and recommend appropriate J.P. Morgan Wealth Management solutions
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including KYC/AML procedures and SEC/FINRA guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
