Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and facilitating account transactions for Private Client Advisors
  • Assist in operational support, including preparing client reports, processing paperwork, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating client events, preparing promotional materials, and tracking engagement metrics to enhance J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's presence in Whittier, CA
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, updating client databases, and handling correspondence to streamline advisor workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues, escalate complex matters, and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain client portfolios by gathering data, running basic analyses, and preparing summaries for advisor review
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for client referrals and supporting advisor-led presentations

Required Qualifications

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management principles, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in a high-stakes financial setting
