  • Assist with operational tasks including account openings, transaction processing, and reconciliation of client statements
  • Conduct administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to ensure seamless advisor-client interactions
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives by coordinating client events, preparing promotional materials, and tracking engagement metrics
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all client documentation adheres to SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies
  • Analyze client data to identify service opportunities and support advisors in delivering personalized wealth strategies
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination with other J.P. Morgan teams, including compliance and operations, to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Contribute to team meetings by providing insights on client trends and operational efficiencies in the Yorktown Heights branch

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support roles
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations) required
  • Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management principles, and regulatory compliance in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
