Your primary focus will be to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for GenAI initiatives, from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, and wealth management experts. You will define product strategies that align with J.P. Morgan's digital transformation goals, ensuring seamless integration of AI capabilities into our robust platform ecosystem. By conducting user research and analyzing market trends, you will identify opportunities to apply GenAI for automating advisory processes, generating insightful reports, and delivering hyper-personalized recommendations, all while upholding the highest standards of data privacy and compliance as mandated by financial regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and acceleration of Generative AI products within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Product Acceleration Garage
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features for AI-driven wealth management solutions
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for GenAI in enhancing client experiences and operational efficiency
• Drive agile sprints, user story creation, and product backlog management to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products adhere to J.P. Morgan's regulatory and ethical standards
• Measure product success through KPIs such as user adoption, engagement metrics, and ROI in the wealth management domain
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to innovate AI applications for personalized financial advice and portfolio management
• Monitor emerging GenAI trends and integrate them into J.P. Morgan's digital product strategy
• Mentor junior product associates and contribute to the broader Product Acceleration Garage initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or technology-driven environments
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI applications
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within a large financial institution
• Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights for product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Prior experience in wealth management or fintech product acceleration
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like large language models or prompt engineering
