About the Role

At J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, we are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate, Advisor Onboarding Specialist to lead our centralized onboarding program, ensuring that newly hired Advisors receive an exceptional start to their careers. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and engaging employee experience, aligning with J.P. Morgan's commitment to excellence in financial services. Based in Ohio, United States, you will manage processes that integrate new Advisors into our high-performing wealth management teams, focusing on compliance, training, and operational efficiency in a dynamic regulatory landscape. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, and HR to design and execute onboarding strategies that meet FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan standards. Responsibilities include developing customized training on our proprietary platforms, monitoring program effectiveness through KPIs, and providing hands-on support to Advisors during their critical first months. You will drive continuous improvements by gathering feedback and leveraging data analytics to streamline workflows, ultimately contributing to advisor retention and productivity in our client-centric wealth management division. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end centralized Advisor Onboarding program, ensuring seamless integration for newly hired Advisors into J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
  • Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and IT teams to develop and execute onboarding processes that comply with regulatory standards
  • Create and deliver training modules on J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools, client management systems, and wealth advisory best practices
  • Monitor onboarding metrics and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for enhanced employee experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new Advisors, addressing queries and providing ongoing support during the initial 90-day period
  • Facilitate partnerships with regional wealth management teams to align onboarding with local business needs
  • Conduct regular audits of onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management policies
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to continuously refine the onboarding program based on Advisor input and industry trends
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by tailoring onboarding to foster an inclusive environment for all new hires

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in onboarding, client services, or process management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in wealth management, including SEC, FINRA, and AML compliance
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent certifications
