Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize wealth management metrics and client data
• Design and automate workflows in Alteryx to streamline data processing for business intelligence needs
• Collaborate with wealth management teams to identify key performance indicators and reporting requirements
• Analyze financial datasets to provide insights that support strategic decision-making at J.P. Morgan
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing BI tools and workflows for efficiency
• Create custom reports and visualizations for senior stakeholders in the wealth management division
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including CRM systems and market data feeds
• Conduct user training sessions on dashboard usage and workflow tools
• Stay updated on emerging BI technologies to enhance J.P. Morgan's data capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence roles within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Alteryx for workflow automation and data preparation
• Advanced skills in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports
• Experience with SQL and data querying in financial datasets
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards in wealth management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment like J.P. Morgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence
