  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform business strategy in wealth management
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize operational efficiency and client outcomes
  • Support the preparation of executive presentations, reports, and business cases for senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between business units, identifying risks and opportunities in the wealth management landscape
  • Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to support scalable growth in Chase Wealth Management
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for strategic programs
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting wealth management services at J.P. Morgan Chase
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in supporting executive leadership teams in wealth management or investment advisory environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
