You will lead project teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives, tracking progress against KPIs like assets under management growth and advisor productivity. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and launch new business initiatives aimed at expanding J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services in the Atlanta market
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for financial advisors and branch teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's strategic goals
  • Drive field growth by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting advisors in client acquisition and retention
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching to improve team productivity and compliance adherence
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns that promote J.P. Morgan's wealth management solutions
  • Monitor key performance metrics, such as assets under management (AUM) growth and client satisfaction scores, and report insights to executives
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management and regulatory standards
  • Foster relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to support business expansion efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or business development
  • Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in a banking environment
  • Strong project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with experience conducting workshops for financial advisors
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including SEC and FINRA compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Atlanta region and surrounding areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses or equivalent certifications
  • Experience working at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase or similar
