Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects, including timeline development, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation
  • Drive field growth by identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention, targeting high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to recommend strategies that enhance business development efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and launching successful business initiatives
  • Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct training sessions
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent) required for financial advisory roles
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the Boca Raton and surrounding areas
