Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch new business initiatives to expand J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services in the Chicago market
  • Conduct comprehensive training programs for financial advisors and branch teams on product offerings and compliance
  • Manage end-to-end projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with firm-wide growth objectives
  • Drive field growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing client acquisition
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze market trends and recommend strategic enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or business development
  • Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in a banking environment
  • Strong project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for field engagements and client meetings

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
