Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation
  • Drive field growth by identifying opportunities for advisor recruitment and partnership development
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to recommend strategies for increasing assets under management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business development efforts with J.P. Morgan's overall wealth management goals
  • Provide ongoing support to field teams, including performance coaching and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business initiatives and growth targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or business development
  • Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in a banking or advisory environment
  • Strong project management experience, including leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, such as SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for field engagements and client meetings
