Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in wealth management or banking sectors
  • Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions and stakeholder engagements
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Louisville, KY region and surrounding areas
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations required
