Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new business initiatives to expand J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's presence in the Rockville Centre market
• Conduct comprehensive training programs for financial advisors and branch teams on products, compliance, and client engagement strategies
• Manage cross-functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan's strategic goals
• Drive field growth by identifying opportunities for client acquisition and retention in the wealth management segment
• Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze market trends and recommend data-driven business development strategies
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as revenue growth and advisor productivity, to optimize initiatives
• Foster relationships with internal partners, including investment banking and commercial banking teams, to create holistic client solutions
• Ensure all activities comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management and regulatory standards
• Support local community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility and client trust in Rockville Centre

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or business development within the banking industry
• Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in a competitive financial market
• Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting training sessions for financial advisors
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in wealth management, such as SEC and FINRA compliance
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the New York metropolitan area

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses or equivalent
• Experience working at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase or similar
• Background in digital transformation initiatives within wealth management
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in diverse client communities in Rockville Centre
