Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or business development
  • Proven track record in launching business initiatives and driving revenue growth in a banking environment
  • Strong project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations
  • Ability to travel within the Southport, CT region as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance
  • Experience in J.P. Morgan Chase's Wealth Management division
  • Prior success in field growth strategies within competitive financial markets
