  • Drive field growth by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing client acquisition

  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to recommend improvements in wealth management offerings
  • Support advisors in client consultations, providing expertise on investment strategies and portfolio management

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of launching successful business initiatives and driving revenue growth
  • Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in conducting training sessions
  • Knowledge of wealth management products, services, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for field engagements and client meetings
