  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and launch new business initiatives aimed at expanding J.P. Morgan Wealth Management services in the region
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for financial advisors to enhance their skills in client acquisition and product knowledge
  • Manage end-to-end projects, including timeline development, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation
  • Drive field growth by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting advisors in reaching sales targets
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide coaching to improve advisor productivity and client satisfaction
  • Develop strategic partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to support business expansion efforts
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to drive data-informed decisions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and J.P. Morgan's risk management policies in all business development activities
  • Facilitate workshops and webinars to promote innovative wealth management solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and launching successful business initiatives
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products and services
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training and field support activities
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Experience in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management or similar high-net-worth advisory services
  • Prior success in conducting financial advisor training programs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce used in wealth management
