Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate interactive sessions on regulatory compliance, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance advisor performance
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and assessments, iterating programs for continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to integrate J.P. Morgan's digital tools and platforms into training modules
  • Support onboarding and ongoing professional development for new and existing team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, FINRA regulations, and J.P. Morgan policies to ensure training relevance
  • Organize and lead training events, workshops, and webinars in Los Angeles and virtually across regions
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials, including e-learning modules and job aids

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, adult education, or instructional design within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in delivering live and virtual training sessions to front office professionals
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training delivery and events
