Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business transformation projects in J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring
• Provide accountable program updates to senior leadership, including risk assessments and milestone reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and compliance, to drive transformation initiatives
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with wealth management processes, such as client onboarding and portfolio management
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in advisory services and client experience
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for transformation projects
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless integration of new technologies in financial services
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply to future J.P. Morgan initiatives
• Ensure all projects comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end project delivery in wealth management or similar domains
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies in large-scale financial transformations
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of wealth management platforms and digital transformation tools
