Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and lifecycle management of investment home products, ensuring alignment with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's strategic goals and client needs
• Collaborate with investment strategists, portfolio managers, and sales teams to design innovative product solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new investment home offerings, including customized portfolios and advisory tools
• Oversee product performance monitoring, including risk assessment, return optimization, and adjustment to market conditions
• Ensure all products comply with J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to integrate technology, such as AI-driven analytics, into investment home products for enhanced client experience
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans for new and existing products
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the Wealth Management division
• Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to iterate on product features and improve adoption rates
• Represent the product lead in senior leadership meetings, providing insights on investment trends and product roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, investment product development, or wealth management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading product launches and managing investment portfolios in a high-stakes environment
• Deep knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternative investments, and home office solutions tailored to high-net-worth clients
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank, with experience ensuring compliance in product offerings
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, compliance, and technology in a large financial institution
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or wealth management firm like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Prior leadership role in developing digital or tech-enabled investment products for wealth management
