  • Analyze sales performance data to recommend enhancements in support processes and tools

  • Provide training and coaching to field teams on strategy execution and client engagement tactics
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance in sales support activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or support roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies for wealth management or investment advisory services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
