Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals supporting investment sales operations within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management
• Oversee daily supervisory activities to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance client service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support wealth management initiatives and product launches
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance culture
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in investment advisory and sales processes
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize workflows and report on key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, or financial services
