  • Partner with cross-functional teams including portfolio managers, compliance, and technology to drive product enhancements
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions to promote new wealth management solutions
  • Monitor performance metrics of existing products and recommend optimizations for better client outcomes
  • Support business development by providing expertise on J.P. Morgan's wealth management capabilities to advisors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product development within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in developing and launching wealth management solutions for high-net-worth clients
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements including SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank Act compliance
  • Experience working with J.P. Morgan's proprietary platforms or similar enterprise financial systems
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent certifications
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a related discipline
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket firm like J.P. Morgan Chase or Goldman Sachs
  • Familiarity with alternative investments such as private equity and hedge funds
  • Certification as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
