  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Private Client Relationship Managers to achieve performance targets and client satisfaction goals
  • Drive business development initiatives to acquire and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families in the New York City market
  • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investment advisory, estate planning, and lending services
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan's investment banking and asset management divisions to provide holistic client solutions
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, SEC regulations, and fiduciary standards
  • Analyze team performance metrics and implement coaching programs to enhance productivity and revenue growth
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and client-centric service within the Private Client team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services leadership
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a competitive market environment
  • Deep knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong understanding of the New York City affluent and high-net-worth client market
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and driving business growth in private client services

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA or CFP certification
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket firm like JP Morgan Chase or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within ultra-high-net-worth segments
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language relevant to NYC's diverse client base
