Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client relationship management
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of investment products, banking services, and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or certifications such as CFP or CFA
