Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a portfolio of affluent client relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Portland market to grow client assets under management
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and estate management
  • Collaborate with JPMorgan Chase specialists in lending, investments, and philanthropy to deliver holistic client services
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to ensure alignment with client goals and risk tolerance
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies in all client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client relationship management
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) securities licenses, or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Proven track record of managing and growing portfolios of high-net-worth clients
  • Strong understanding of investment products, banking services, and financial planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFP certification
  • Experience working with affluent clients in the Pacific Northwest market
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's private banking and investment platforms
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language spoken in Portland's diverse community
  • Previous leadership experience in mentoring junior advisors or team coordination
