This includes conducting in-depth assessments of advisor practices, recommending best-in-class tools for client portfolio management, and facilitating training on regulatory compliance and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Advisors in implementing Practice Management concepts, including business development, management, financial planning, investment acumen, relationship management, and service excellence
  • Guide advisors through the journey of building sustainable long-term practices by providing tailored tools and strategies
  • Collaborate with market level leaders to coach and develop advisors on key practice management behaviors
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations to enhance advisor performance and client engagement
  • Analyze advisor business metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth in assets under management
  • Assist in the integration of JP Morgan's wealth management products and services into advisor practices
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all practice management advisory activities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices across the JP Morgan Wealth Management team
  • Support the development of customized business plans for advisors to achieve performance goals
  • Evaluate and recommend technology tools to streamline advisor workflows and client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or practice management consulting
  • Proven track record of supporting financial advisors in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and delivering tailored wealth management solutions
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the market area for client and advisor engagements
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in a consulting or advisory role
