Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with branch managers to identify and resolve operational challenges, enhancing efficiency and compliance

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet regional targets for client satisfaction and growth

  • Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring team members and driving professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services operations or branch support
  • Proven leadership experience in managing regional teams within the wealth management sector
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial industry, including SEC and FINRA regulations
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
